- Risk: By using the contact form, you acknowledge that you are aware of the security risks involved in standard electronic communication.
- Secure Portal: Once you are an established client, all confidential communication should take place via the secure Client Portal.
4. Social Media Policy
To maintain professional boundaries and protect your privacy in accordance with the AAMFT Code of Ethics:
- No Friend Requests: We do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on any social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Interaction: Engaging with our public social media pages is optional. Please be aware that commenting on or "liking" our public posts may compromise your privacy by identifying you to others.
5. Virtual Services & Location
Orchard Hill Wellness is a virtual practice. Services are provided via telehealth to clients physically located in North Carolina. By using our services, you confirm that you are located within the state of North Carolina during the time of your sessions, in accordance with state licensure laws.
6. No Surprises Act (Good Faith Estimate)
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay clients are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much their medical care will cost. This estimate will be provided prior to your scheduled service.
